Quick and Delicious Salmon, Rice, and Vegetables in the Ninja Speedi
Ingredients
Crisping Tray
Bottom of the Pot
- Mix the white rice with vegetable bouillon in the bottom of the Ninja Speedi pot.
- Add 500ml of boiling water to the pot and stir to combine.
- Add broccoli, green beans, and sliced carrots to the pot.
Crisping Tray
- Place the salmon fillets on the crisping tray.
- Mix together lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Pour the lemon juice and olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Top the salmon with lemon rind and black pepper to taste.
Cook on the Speedi meal setting at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
