Ninja Speedi Mediterranean Prosciutto-Wrapped Cod in Tomato Sauce

Bottom of the pot:
- Mix cherry tomatoes, white wine, lemon zest, chilli flakes, garlic, olives, and capers in the pot.
Heat the sauce mixture on Sear Saute for 5 minutes to warm it up.
- Add a handful of spinach to the sauce.
- Spread harissa paste over cod loins.
- Wrap each cod loin in prosciutto.
- Place wrapped cod on top of the sauce in the pot.
- Cook at 175°C (350°F) for 16 minutes using the Bake/Roast function.
- Serve with Spanish-style smokey grains and rice.
