Bottom of the Pot
- In a silicone or metal dish, mix together the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and honey. 
- Add the salmon fillets to the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- In the Ninja Speedi pot, add the frozen vegetables, dry noodles, and 1000ml of water.
Crisping Tray
- After marinating, place the top crisp tray on the Ninja Speedi and position the salmon tray on top.
- Set the Ninja Speedi to "Speedi Meals" at 180°C for 10 minutes. (Turn the salmon fillets over after the first 5 minutes for even cooking).
Final Steps
- Once cooking is complete, drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
- Incorporate the juices from the fish tray into the pot along with the salmon, removing the skin and flaking it first. 
- Mix everything together and serve immediately.
