- Stir in the plain flour, curry powder, and garam masala until well combined.
- Add the sultanas, tomato purée, and mango chutney to the pot. Mix well.
- Add the chicken stock, lemon juice, chopped chicken breast, and double cream to the pot. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
