Transform your weeknight dinner with this speedy version of traditionally slow-cooked pulled pork. Using the Ninja Speedi's dual-cooking functionality, tender pulled pork and toasted buns come together in a fraction of the usual time.
The combination of steam cooking and air frying guarantees the pork remains juicy while developing a delicious outer crust, all while toasting the buns to perfection just before serving.

Bottom Pot:
- Combine BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and all seasonings in the bottom pot.
- Add water and stir to combine.
- Place sliced pork in the sauce mixture.
Crisping Tray:
- Leave empty initially.
- Set Speedi Meals function to 180°C for 35 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, place brioche buns cut-side up on the crisping tray for the final 5 minutes.
Final Steps:
- Remove pork from pot and shred with two forks.
- Return meat to sauce and toss to coat.
- Assemble sandwiches with toasted buns and pulled pork.
