Bottom of the Pot
- Place the orzo and frozen broad beans/pea mix in the main pot.
Cover with stock made from 500ml boiling water and stir well.
Steam for 12 minutes.
- Remove the pot and drain the orzo and vegetables, but keep a mug of stock to loosen the sauce.
Return the orzo to the pan and switch to the sear/sauté function on level 5.
Sear/Sauté
- Add the soft cheese, lemon juice and rind, freshly chopped herbs, red chilli, and black pepper.
- Stir well, then add some of the reserved stock to loosen the sauce.
- Mix in the grated grana padano until you achieve your desired consistency.
- Gently fold in the hot smoked salmon, turn off the Ninja Speedi, close the lid, and let it sit for a couple of minutes to heat the salmon.
- Serve garnished with more grated cheese and a handful of rocket for added freshness. Enjoy your meal!
