Ninja Speedi Chicken Ramen

Ingredients
  • 700 ml water
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (low salt)
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice (or Thai 7 Spice)
  • 800 ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce (low salt)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 piece Ginger (minced)
  • Assorted vegetables (spring onions, pak choi, carrot ribbons, mangetout)
  • 1 Pack Straight to wok noodles
  • Coriander (chopped for garnish)
  • Fresh chilli (sliced optional)
Instructions
    Bottom of the Pot
  1. Add 3-4 cups of water to the main pot.
  2. Boil an egg for 8 minutes, then plunge into cold water. Leave to cool and peel.

  3. Crisping Tray
  4. Marinade chicken breasts in soy sauce and Chinese 5 spice or Thai 7 spice for a few hours.
  5. Cook the chicken on the crisping tray with the water in the main pot, using Steam/AC at 180°C for 14 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Remove the tray and cover with foil.
  7. Bottom of the Pot
  8. Empty the main pot and switch to Sear/Saute mode.
  9. Add garlic and ginger paste to the pot and sauté for 1 minute.
  10. Add chicken stock, fish sauce, and soy sauce to the pot. Bring to a simmer.
  11. Add assorted vegetables to the pot and cook until they are nearly done.
  12. Add straight to wok noodles to the pot and simmer for 2 minutes.
  13. Assembly
  14. Slice the cooked chicken breasts.
  15. Assemble the ramen bowls by placing sliced chicken, 1/2 egg, and vegetables in each bowl.
  16. Garnish with chopped coriander, sliced fresh chilli (if using), and a drizzle of soy sauce (if desired).
