- Use the Sear/Sauté function to brown the chopped chicken breasts.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped ginger to the pot and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric, and chilli powder to the pot and stir to combine.
- Add the tomato purée, tin of tomatoes, tamarind paste, brown sugar, chicken stock, and fenugreek leaves to the pot. Stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for a few minutes until the flavors have melded together.
Transfer the curry mixture to the Crisping Tray and air fry for 15 minutes at 160°C (320°F).
