					Cajun Philly Chicken Pasta in the Ninja Speedi

Bottom of the Pot
- In the bottom tray of the Ninja Speedi, combine 200g of pasta with 750ml of water and a splash of olive oil. Stir gently to combine.
- Marinate the small pack of fresh chicken tenders (approximately 300g) in Cajun seasoning. Ensure that the chicken is well-coated for maximum flavour. 
Crisping Tray
- Slice the half red pepper and half yellow pepper into thin strips and place them in the crisping tray with the chicken. 
- Set the Ninja Speedi to the “Speedi Meals” function at 200°C for 15 minutes. 
- After approximately 10 minutes of cooking, add the sliced half onion to the crisping tray with the peppers and chicken. Stir everything together gently. 
- When the cooking time is complete, carefully stir in the ½ pack of Philadelphia cream cheese (approximately 82.5g) until well combined. If desired, adjust seasoning with additional Cajun spice to taste.
