Cajun Philly Chicken Pasta in the Ninja Speedi

Bottom of the Pot

  1. In the bottom tray of the Ninja Speedi, combine 200g of pasta with 750ml of water and a splash of olive oil. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Marinate the small pack of fresh chicken tenders (approximately 300g) in Cajun seasoning. Ensure that the chicken is well-coated for maximum flavour.

Crisping Tray

  1. Slice the half red pepper and half yellow pepper into thin strips and place them in the crisping tray with the chicken.

  2. Set the Ninja Speedi to the “Speedi Meals” function at 200°C for 15 minutes.

  3. After approximately 10 minutes of cooking, add the sliced half onion to the crisping tray with the peppers and chicken. Stir everything together gently.

  4. When the cooking time is complete, carefully stir in the ½ pack of Philadelphia cream cheese (approximately 82.5g) until well combined. If desired, adjust seasoning with additional Cajun spice to taste.
  5. Serve the dish warm and enjoy your creamy and spicy Cajun Philly Chicken Pasta!
