Instructions

Bottom of the Pot

  1. In a silicone or metal dish, mix together the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and honey.

  2. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  3. In the Ninja Speedi pot, add the frozen vegetables, dry noodles, and 1000ml of water.

Crisping Tray

  1. After marinating, place the top crisp tray on the Ninja Speedi and position the salmon tray on top.
  2. Set the Ninja Speedi to "Speedi Meals" at 180°C for 10 minutes. (Turn the salmon fillets over after the first 5 minutes for even cooking).

Final Steps

  1. Once cooking is complete, drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
  2. Incorporate the juices from the fish tray into the pot along with the salmon, removing the skin and flaking it first.

  3. Mix everything together and serve immediately.
