Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
On a big pot boil water with just salt.
Peel your potatoes or keep the peel (whatever works for you).
Cut your potatoes into wedges
Add to the boiling water and parboil for 5-8 minutes.
Drain the water out and allow to cool.
Transfer your potatoes to a baking tray
Sprinkle olive oil, salt,chicken spice,Robertson spice for potatoes and mixed herbs.
Leave enough space between your wedges and bake for 30 minutes or until they look crispy. Allow to cook and serve.
Simply rub your chicken with garlic and all the spices used for the wedges.
Fry your chicken for 8-12 minutes.
The sauce is for dipping store bought,you can use any sauce of your choice.
