Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, onion, and garlic to the pot. Switch the Speedi to Sear/Saute level 5.
- Add arborio rice and toast for 1 minute
- Pour in white wine and let reduce by half
- Add chicken stock, sun-dried tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper
- Close lid and select Speedi Meals function
Crisping Tray:
- Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper
- Brush with remaining olive oil
- Place on crisping tray
- Position tray above risotto mixture
Final Steps:
Cook at 190°C for 15-20 minutes
