Ingredients
  • 200 g Rice
  • 1 Knorr Vegetable Stock
  • 500 ml Boiling Water
  • 1 Broccoli (Cut in to florets)
  • 200 g Green Beans
  • 2 Sliced Carrots
  • Crisping Tray
  • 2 Salmon Fillets
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper (To Taste)
  • Lemon Rind
Bottom of the Pot
  1. Mix the white rice with vegetable bouillon in the bottom of the Ninja Speedi pot.
  2. Add 500ml of boiling water to the pot and stir to combine.
  3. Add broccoli, green beans, and sliced carrots to the pot.
  4. Crisping Tray
  5. Place the salmon fillets on the crisping tray.
  6. Mix together lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl.
  7. Pour the lemon juice and olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets.
  8. Top the salmon with lemon rind and black pepper to taste.
  9. Cook on the Speedi meal setting at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
