Ingredients
  • 1 Pack Street Kitchen Yellow Thai Curry (Kit contains the spices, paste, and coconut)
  • 1 Yellow Pepper (diced)
  • 1 Red Onion (diced)
  • 750 g Chicken Breast (Cut into 2cm chunks)
  • 100 ml Single Cream
  • 2 Egg Noodle Nests
  • 250 ml Water
Instructions
  1. Add the spices from the kit to the Ninja Speedi and cook on Sear/Saute 5 for 1 minute.
  2. Add the chicken and paste to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the diced yellow pepper and red onion to the pot and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the coconut milk to the pot and stir thoroughly.
  5. Switch to Slow Cook Low for 6 hours.
  6. Stir through the single cream at the end of the 6-hour cooking time.
  7. Add the two nests of noodles and 250ml water to the pot.
  8. Stir and then steam for 10 minutes.
