  1. Marinate chicken pieces in 1 tablespoon curry powder, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.

Bottom Pot:

  1. Add remaining curry powder, stock, and a pinch of salt to the bottom pot. Place onion, garlic, and ginger on top of rice. Pour in coconut milk and chopped tomatoes.

Crisping Tray:
