Instructions

Bottom of Pot

  1. Add the penne pasta, water or chicken stock, and pasta sauce to the pot. Stir to combine.

Crisper Tray

  1. Prepare a breading station by placing the flour, egg, and panko bread crumbs in three separate medium bowls. Season the panko with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  2. One at a time, dip the top of each chicken breast in the flour, then the egg, and then the panko mixture. Place the chicken breaded-side-up on the Crisper Tray in the pot.

Cooking

  1. Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch to Rapid Cooker. Select SPEEDI MEALS, set the temperature to 190°C, and set the time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
  2. With 5 minutes remaining, open the lid and sprinkle an even amount of mozzarella on each chicken breast. Close the lid to continue cooking.
  3. When cooking is complete, transfer the chicken to a plate. Then use silicone-tipped tongs to grab the center handle and remove the Crisper Tray from the unit. Stir the pasta and serve warm with the chicken.
