- Add the penne pasta, water or chicken stock, and pasta sauce to the pot. Stir to combine.
Crisper Tray
- Prepare a breading station by placing the flour, egg, and panko bread crumbs in three separate medium bowls. Season the panko with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
- One at a time, dip the top of each chicken breast in the flour, then the egg, and then the panko mixture. Place the chicken breaded-side-up on the Crisper Tray in the pot.
Cooking
- Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch to Rapid Cooker. Select SPEEDI MEALS, set the temperature to 190°C, and set the time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
- With 5 minutes remaining, open the lid and sprinkle an even amount of mozzarella on each chicken breast. Close the lid to continue cooking.
- When cooking is complete, transfer the chicken to a plate. Then use silicone-tipped tongs to grab the center handle and remove the Crisper Tray from the unit. Stir the pasta and serve warm with the chicken.
