Ninja Speedi Chicken Tikka Nasi Goreng (Indian-Inspired)

  1. Bottom of the Pot
  2. Rinse the basmati rice and add it to the bottom of the Ninja Speedi pot.
  3. Pour in the chicken stock, making sure the rice is fully submerged.
  4. Add a squeeze of easy garlic (about 1-2 teaspoons, depending on taste).
  5. Add the Patak's tikka masala pot and stir to combine.
  6. Add the frozen peas and sliced carrots on top of the rice mixture.
  7. Crisping Tray
  8. Place the 2 chicken breasts on the crisping tray.
  9. Set the Ninja Speedi to 200°C and cook for 15 minutes.
  10. Final Steps
  11. Once the chicken is cooked, chop it into bite-sized pieces and add it to the cooked rice mixture in the pot.
  12. Stir everything together to combine.
  13. Serve hot and enjoy!
