Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
  • 20 g Ginger (Chopped)
  • 1.5 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1.5 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 400 g Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 180 ml Chicken Stock
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
Instructions
  1. Use the Sear/Sauté function to brown the chopped chicken breasts.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped ginger to the pot and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric, and chilli powder to the pot and stir to combine.
  4. Add the tomato purée, tin of tomatoes, tamarind paste, brown sugar, chicken stock, and fenugreek leaves to the pot. Stir to combine.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for a few minutes until the flavors have melded together.
  6. Transfer the curry mixture to the Crisping Tray and air fry for 15 minutes at 160°C (320°F).
