Ingredients
  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • 2 Chickpeas (Drained and Rinsed)
  • 250 ml Chicken Stock
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 1 Red Onion (Diced)
  • 2 tbsp Mediterranean Seasoning
  • 1 Lemon (Juiced)
  • 200 g Cherry Tomatoes (Halved)
  • 100 g Baby Spinach
  • Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions
    Bottom Pot:
