Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • 2 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Red Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 Sweet Potato (about 200g)
  • 100 g Frozen Peas
  • 1 Schwartz slow cook chicken curry mix
  • 400 g Chopped Tomatoes
  • 130 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Puree
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • Chilli Flakes (Pinch)
  • 50 g Spinach
  • Wholegrain rice (to serve)
Instructions
  1. Sear/saute the onions and peppers in a pan until starting to soften.
  2. Add chicken and stir to seal.
  3. Add all other ingredients except the spinach. Stir well.
  4. Slow cook on high for 4 and 1/2 hours. Place the tray covered with foil in the top position to prevent splashing and minimise evaporation.
  5. Once cooked, stir in the spinach.
  6. Turn off the slow cooker and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with wholegrain rice.
