This aromatic slow cooker curry combines classic Indian spices with tender chicken for a restaurant-quality dish that practically cooks itself. Perfect for busy weeknights or weekend entertaining, this recipe delivers rich, complex flavours while requiring minimal hands-on preparation. For the most flavoursome results, brown the chicken pieces before adding them to the slow cooker, creating a deeper, more developed taste in the final dish. |
